The DATA™ platform can analyze anything that contain DNA or RNA.
Today applications range from companion diagnostics to optimizing industrial production strains for biologics and products such as beer and soya.
Genomic Expression’s digital array is merging the ease of use of the array platform and the quality data that so far has only been provided by utilizing expensive and cumbersome sequencing machines.
The DATA™ platform can deliver the same kind of information as the current analog arrays, but on top of that it has the power to deliver new information.
Evolution to Diagnostic
When applying the DATA™ platform to a sample, the Digital Array is calibrated with this new content/problem and will later be able to monitor the same signals in other samples and relate them to e.g. clinical outcomes or disease progression. This process abbreviates the current process of development of diagnostics in the field of genomics while reducing the risk and enabling the drug discovery company to optimize responder rate.
